when will my item get posted/delivered?
Items will be processed&posted within 3 working days of payment providing they are in stock. The delivery date depends on which method of posting you chose and destination but UK packages should in general arrive within 5 working days of payment, and international within 7-10 days. Delivery does depend on royal mail however and we cannot be held responsible for delayed items once posted. Allowances should also be made for orders placed on weekends and at busy times of the year such as Christmas, New Year or bank holidays. For clothing that is custom made please allow at least 14 days for delivery as these items are hand made to order and one-offs. For all other handmade items such as jewellery and bows please allow at least 7 days for delivery. Since all items are posted with recorded delivery you need to make sure someone will be home to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Alternatively we are able to offer you a different posting address from the payment address at our checkout, enabling you to get it sent elsewhere such as your work address or a friends house where you know there will be someone home to receive the items.

 

Can I pay any other way except for paypal?
We do accept cheques or P/O made payable to Dressed to the nines on orders over £10

 

Do you post abroad?
Yes we will, although we cannot accept any other payment method except for paypal.

 

what are your postage costs?
The cost of postage depends on the product weight and customer location, the shipping amount will be added on to the shopping cart total before final payment. please see shipping info on help and support page of website for more details of postage options

 

I have a question, how and when can i contact you?
You can contact us by emailing the address supplied on the contact us section of this website. Or alternatively fill in the contact form. We do try to answer all enquiries as quickly as possible but some times we are unable to respond as fast as you might like, but we will reply, i promise! Enquiries are dealt with during business hours, mon-fri 8.30am till 4pm.

 

Do you have *requested item* in another size/colour?
All items listed on the website are currently in stock and ready to be dispatched but you are welcome to ask us about getting in other colours or sizes. We are more than happy to try to help you, please contact us to see what we can do!

 

I bought something from you and have now changed my mind, can i return it?
We Can offer credit notes to spend instore on items you want to exchange but we will not offer refunds.
