Order and Payment

We use paypal to process our online transactions. Paypal is one of the safest and easiest methods of paying on the internet and you do not even need an account. We find it has better customer protection and it is easier for us to refund a payment should we need to for whatever reason.

we do also accept postal orders or cheques on orders over £10.

All cheques/postal orders are to be made payable to Emily Siminska, and payment is to be received within 10 days or the order will be cancelled, if you have any problems please contact us to see if we can help!

You choose which payment method you would prefer to use at the checkout. We will then send you email confirmation of your order once you have completed the transaction.

Items paid for by paypal will be processed within 3 working days of payment date.With cheques or postal orders i will reserve your item until payment is received and cleared then items will be sent out as usual.
