Returns Policy

Every care is taken to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition and we check each item before it is sent out, but mistakes can sometimes happen. Contact us and we will try our best to sort it out for you

For damaged items - we can offer to replace broken items or refund the value of the item

All delivery charges are non-refundable, except where we take responsibity for exchange/refund

For exchanges you must contact us, then all items must be returned with a receipt, and be in the same condition as which they were sent within 10 days of receiving them. Please note, the return item is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recomend using a delivery service that covers you for the value of the item, in case it gets lost in the post.
If another size is wanted, you must detail what size you need with return. We are unable to give refunds on unwanted items but will happily offer credit notes to spend in store for the same value, once unwanted item is returned.

We will not exchange/refund any goods that we believe to have been worn, soiled or the original packaging removed (especially with items such as earrings due to hygiene purposes) as we are unable to then sell these items on, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on those terms

Wrong orders sent that are due to our mistake will be exchanged for the correct item. Once we have received the product to be returned, the right items will then be sent out straight away and we will of course, refund any postage costs incured to you.

Anything that has been custom sewn or made we are sorry to say we are unable to exchange as these items cannot then be sold on, although we will do all we can to help if you have any problems with an item. please measure carefully to avoid dissapointment
